Why Haitian do not have a successful business in United States?

There is a lot of misunderstanding when it comes to Haitian business. I am going to tell you a lot of critical mistakes Haitian people make with money and their behavior towards their client. Let me ask some question! Why Haitian are poor? How come we keep saying we are the first black who win their independence and we are still poor? Haiti have more Christian than any other culture and they pray 24/7 and they are still behind in the financial world. Why do Haitian do not learn the economy system from other culture? As a nation we have a mentality problem and our stubbornness keep us from achieving anything that show greatness and legacy driving. I always curious the way Haitian people have multitude of business but none of them reach a huge amount of money, for them to become financially free.

What if we change the way we do business?

My personal experience I can tell you that might be one solution, but Haitian have a mentality problem. In Haiti we do not have organize system and zero customer service, so my people go to other countries with the same behavior. If we change the way, we do business will give most business owner freedom to live their dream and travel the world. There is a lot of things we must change in business to be successful. Most of the time we know what to do but we do it completely the worst way or we might try to change certain things. Haitian people are smart with limitation and our intelligence control by all other nation. First thing first we are relying on other culture to be free from enslavement from our own nation. We think God will save us from poverty by doing miracles, do not get me wrong we possess the same power as God. We let other people brainwash us with false preaching and we are paralyzed to think for ourselves. How come every morning most of you pray before providing your service to your customers and simple problems throw you off guard. Most of us think we have faith until we get tested. Religion keeps most of us poor because we think every rich people is evil, and we also believe if you are a child of God, it's a bless to be poor. God do not have anything to do with Haitian's failure in business, we are the one responsible for that.

Why most Haitian business owner and people are broke?

Most Haitian people are poor because they do not have the education of finance or practice the financial literacy. We believe that just because Jesus did not have money it's a sin if you are a Christian to have money. There is five majors' reason I can tell that cause some Haitian to remain poor. First reason: Haitian people are selfish. I know my audience will come after me for this, but I am here to tell the truth and be blunt without being disrespectful to any of you. Let's say I know how to use social media and I can help other business; I will prefer to hide the fact I am an expect so you can stay in the same place. I do not want to see your business flourish and I will wish every day for your business to go bankrupt. Second reason: Haitian people do not hire professional who can help them achieve the big goal. We are cheap, anything that will cost extra for service we will skip it, or we will try to get it for free. Third reason: We have a mental problem. I will clarify this with an example because we do not believe this to be true. In Haiti when you have a business let's say for example you are selling food most of your customers at your mercy for a particular price. Sometimes you let them beg you until you feel satisfy to sell. But now you have a chance to reside in United States or Canada you think every Haitians that will come to your restaurant are the same type you used to encounter in Haiti. That's where your business started to lose customer because you are acting rude and pretend it's ok to be disrespectful to them. Fourth reason: No customer service available. I can write a book about this one. Do not go to Haitian business and expect fast service and make sure if you go pick up your food go with a blanket. I am always fascinating with the fact Haitian business owner can be so arrogant and cocky with their client and to make the matter worst just for mediocre service. Fifth reason: Most of them do not have a sanitation system available at their business. We do not really know the core of owning a business. What I am trying to say is that we are more focus on making money than actually solving problems for our client. If Haitian business owner understand the main reason a business exists. I think they will be able to become successful within a short period of time. I want to expand my views on Haitian religion belief. I am not against them for believing on what their preacher or pastor tell them about Jesus. But I feel like they get mix message, and I am completely agreeing if one person decided to live out of this world to go to heaven. I will say God is not stupid he created us with his own image, and he gave us a brain that's more powerful than anything mankind can create.
